Overview
Cartoon Brew (Jamie Lang, 2026-10-06): Chilean short by Simon Bucher and Cote Ramirez that mixes pixilation, stop-motion and newspaper material. frames were printed on different papers and physically worked over. A first version was made for the 48 Hour Film Project Santiago in 2025. the expanded film has its world premiere in the Animamundi section of the 33rd Valdivia International Film Festival (12-18 October 2026). Macarena Barros plays the runner Gisella Cortes, remade by the press as 'The Gazelle'. Produced by Bucher, Ramirez, Cristobal Leon of Diluvio and Francisco Cortes.
